Style Seminar: during this 1-2 hour session, L2 Style focuses on using change management principles to have participants understand the correlation between professional style and their organization’s brand. We take participants through a series of interactive discussions that lead them from an awareness level right down into the style fundamentals of what is appropriate and relevant for your specific work environment. At L2 Style, we do believe that an individual’s personality and/or style can be incorporated into work attire - we provide actually “style solutions” of how to create an optimal professional style!
- One-on-one or group style consultation: Once we’ve had an initial session with your organization (either in a lunch and learn or half-day seminar format), we are always happy to move into specific consultations with people to really help them (and help your organization) understand what they are doing and what they should be doing with their professional style. In order to provide the most effective guidance and advice, it is recommended that our consultation sessions take place either one-on-one or in very small groups.
